Thank You Martin Luther King!
It takes a great leader to make a difference in the world, and as a great leader it takes great responsibility, courage, and a strong will to make the difference for millions of people. A great leader can take a negative and turn it around for the better, from generation to generation. When we have such a leader risking their life for the better of others, we must appreciate their hard work and celebrate the gradual turn of events.
Martin Luther King Jr, a great man with a vision for peace and equal rights for ALL. He will forever be thanked and respected by MANY people. Today, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, is a day of remembrance for the fight of equal rights lead by a strong man. It is a day to show appreciation for those who followed by his side. It is a day to show love for everyone who strives to keep his dream alive.
He and other leaders have done a lot for everyone for today, but there is still work to do. So let us continue to make our world a better place for ALL, no matter the skin color, no matter the gender, no matter the differences, BUT let us Embrace the outer appearances that make us different and love each other for who we are (our character!) The character of a person is what matters most, it’s what defines us and nothing else!
