The Daily Nutritional Requirements To Good Health
We all want to feel our best, and the only way to really enjoy good health is to take care of our bodies by eating right and exercising. This post is to inform people what the daily requirements are for food choices so that you can tackle that part of your life and feel amazing! I also have added a free printable checklist to help you keep track of how much you’re actually eating daily.
Here are your food groups and servings you want to consume daily!
Instead of writing each food group out I thought it would be easier to just show you with a chart. So look above and study it, print it out and hang it on your fridge if you want to! Think of this chart as the road map to a healthier more youthful body (it’s your new best friend). Take note: An active person will want to consume the higher number of servings, like 5 servings of veggies! Now what about the portion sizes of each of these servings…
It’s easy in todays busy lifestyle to not get the appropriate amount of nutrition. Some of you might not be aware of how much you’re getting of certain food groups and that’s why I have created a FREE printable to check off each serving of each food group as you work your way through the day, that way you’ll have a clear idea of what you’re lacking in (if you are lacking in let’s say veggies!) Having a chart will help you eat better because it’ll make you more accountable. Also, remember to eat every 2 hours to keep your metabolism working around the clock (that will keep in from slowing down). Eating every 2 hours will also get you to consume all those daily servings.
Take care readers!
