Read, Read, Read… Everyone knows the importance of reading. It is a great exercise for your brain. It helps build that muscle inside your head to become stronger and fills it with powerful knowledge. So if you read to yourself or with others, good for you and keep it up!
I read to myself quite a bit, but my most favorite way to read is cuddled up with my children reading our favorite books. Books not only help children build vocabulary, imagination, and memory, it gives them bonding time with the people they love and crave attention from most (their parents!)
