Let me start by saying, Hello and welcome to Twin Cities View.
As you begin to read my blog posts you may wonder, well, who is writing this wonderful material, what is her background, what makes her unique?! all good questions and I’d love to tell you a little bit about myself.
I go by the name of Eloise. I was born April of 1982 in Southern France, the beautiful town Nimes. At the age, just shy, of 3 years old I moved to the Twin Cities in MN, where I reside still to this day (and I love it here!)
My Goals For This Blog
I decided to start a blog later in the year of 2015. I figured I love to write and research interesting topics, as well as inform others of important facts and share a positive approach in life. My goals are to use this blog to share my thoughts, stories, and eventually sell my ebooks and published materials. I would love to become a great author mainly in children’s books. Children are our future and my books will be educational and fun to read, with beautiful illustrations. Not only will I share my writings, but I intend to sell Graphic Tees designed by my mother and I… This blog will help get the word out to you loyal, fantastic readers of TCV.
I have a great love for my family who have always been there for me. My parents are both remarried, I have two brothers in the USA and two brothers and a sister in France. I have two children of my own. My son, Jackson, who was born Sept of 2008. My daughter, Lily, who was born Nov 2009… And I love them to the moon and back!
My hobbies include reading and writing(of course), sports(which I played for a good portion of my life, playing in high competitive Fast Pitch Softball, Soccer, and Basketball), exercising, music, DIY projects, and gardening.
I am a survivor of Acute Liver Failure due to a rare liver disease I was born with. It’s called Wilson’s Disease, and it almost took my life the year of 2012. The reason I survived is because of the love I have for my children, my two super heroes! I am writing my story on this incredible and challenging experience, the life after death and my recovery. Once I am finished writing I will share with who ever wants to read it.
Here is a short clip from my book that was featured in one of my posts,
That is my life in a nut shell!
